Early morning in the pre-dawn hour, visit the Shwedagon Pagoda to enjoy the magical scene of sunrise. This special experience will enchant you magically. As the first rays of sunlight emerge over the horizon, you will be amazed by this awesome scene. After a while, you will see the sky slowly turn from dark blue to the colour of daylight and you see the magnificent Golden Shwedagon Pagoda glow in glorious sunlight. This is best time to capture photos. There are usually not many people around, just local worshippers who say prayers.
After the sunrise, walk down the eastern stairway and explore the bustling Bahan market, famous for its wide selection of religious products, sitting at the foot of the Shwedagon Pagoda. Strolling along the street, occasionally browsing vendors selling books, good luck charms, shrines, marble, wood, bronze statues, monk accessories and small carts selling street food, you will get inspired by the typical daily life of local people. A typical Burmese breakfast will then be served at Feel Myanmar, a very famous typical Myanmar style restaurant.
