At 10:00 hours board the iMekong for a trip down the Mekong River to the Lao Loum village of Ban Sing, where you will continue by road to the Kuang Si Waterfalls. The waterfalls tumble over multi-tiered limestone formations into cool, clear pools ideal for swimming and relaxing. Picnic lunch near-by the waterfalls.
After lunch return by road to the iMekong for the return journey to Luang Prabang. On the way stop at Pha Tad Ke Botanical Garden. Discover the beautiful gingers and medicinal plants, explore jungle terrain in the limestone habitat, and take a tranquil walk through the palm and bamboo gardens.
At 15:00 hours arrive back at the pier.
