Dalat Discovery: Truc Lam Pagoda & Datanla Waterfall

Visit the largest Institute of Meditation in Vietnam. The Truc Lam pagoda is set amidst pine forests right by the tranquil Tuyen Lam Lake. Explore the pagoda and then take a relaxed boat trip on Tuyen Lam Lake which is also known as the lake where rivers, springs and forests meet. Built in the 1980’s, it is one of the largest and most beautiful man-made lakes in the area. Continue to Datanla Waterfall, located in a beautiful valley. Admire the picturesque falls and then choose to either take the Alpine roller coaster back up or to climb the stairs along a lovely nature trail. The Alpine roller coaster covers a 1-kilometre-long route, meandering through pine forests and gradually descending around 200 metres from the top of the falls to the bottom. The Alpine coasters are equipped with hand brakes, to allow the riders to vary the speed.
