07:20/07:55 hours Arrival at Sandakan Airport and drive for approximately 30 minutes to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Center. Proceed to the free roaming area feeding platform.
10:00 hours 1000hrs feeding of Orang Utan. At this center, observe man's closest relative "the Orang Utan" being rehabilitated to become wild in their natural habitat and
experience a walk in the Tropical Lowland Dipterocarp Forest of Borneo. Visit to the Outdoor Nursery, learn about the management of the juvenile Orangutans (this
depends highly on the health of the orangutan. Nursery will be closed to the public if the orangutans are sick). Next, visit to the Bornean Sun Bear Conservation
Centre which managed to improve the living condition of the rescued sun bear and released their natural behaviors in the 2.5ha enclosed forest.
11:15 hours Depart Sepilok Centre and transfer to the jetty in Sandakan.
12:00 hours Depart on the scheduled boat transfer and take an hour boat cruise up to the Lower Kinabatangan River Sanctuary where you will take your lunch at Abai Jungle
Restaurant. Check in Abai Jungle Lodge.
16:30 hours Late in the afternoon, you'll be experiencing a cruise to search for wildlife until the sunsets while enjoying a cup of coffee and by night falls continue the night cruise to
witness the fire flies as Christmas tree. Return to the lodge for dinner.
After dinner, again experience the "Jungle at night" at our nature boardwalk to search for birds, snakes, insects and other wildlife with our nature guide.

06:30 hours Early morning take a river trip to the Pitas oxbow lake to observe wildlife and experience the unique of Pitas oxbow lake. Return to the lodge for breakfast.
11:30 hours After breakfast, you will be briefed on the tree planting project which is a CSR project undertaken by the lodge. You will have the opportunity to visit the Abai village and
learn more about their way of life. Option to enjoy a simple lunch arranged by the villagers or return to the lodge for lunch. This project specially designed to help the
locals. After lunch, you are free to explore the nature board walk behind the lodge, make sure you bring along your binoculars, look for any tree moving!! There may
be'85..wild orang utan! Silver leaf monkeys, birds and many others!

- A pre-stay in Sandakan will be subjected to surcharge for the Sepilok Orang Utan and Bornean Sun Bear tour which will be re-arranged to an earlier date.
- Note on Camera Use at Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre:
For any camera with zoom lens from 100 to 400mm, video camera or other video recording equipment for personal use are chargeable at MYR 10.00 per unit. For any camera (fixed-lens - 400mm and above) or any film-making equipment are chargeable at MYR 1,000.00 per unit. Mode of payment is cash only.
- Activities are subject to weather conditions, and may be re-organized to best meet operational situations.
- Bright coloured clothes not advisable.
- Tour operates subject to availability of flights.
