Maison Vy Hotel

In our family when we invite someone to come into our house, that means we invite them into our kitchen. With Maison Vy, my dream was to create a home-away-from-home, somewhere I could welcome old friends and new, like-minded travellers drawn to Hoi An by its unique cuisine and culture. My staff at Maison Vy is like family, most have grown up in the region and share my love for the town, its food, culture and deep family traditions. Our shared vision is to create the warm, welcoming atmosphere that you would experience in a Vietnamese family home, a place to relax and find balance in an unfamiliar city.

To complement this I’ve added homely touches throughout the hotel and guest rooms, creature comforts that I find myself missing from home when I travel – from herbal teas to evening footbaths and a traditional ‘family style’ meal. The final touch is the complimentary Privileges by Taste Vietnam program extended to each guest of Maison Vy. This arose from my desire to cast the net wider and introduce our guests to the hospitality of our extended family at my restaurants and cooking school in the old town, the places and people I spend most of my time with and the kitchens where I feel most at home.
