Spend a day experiencing the Sri Lankan countryside. After lunch, walk with your guide through fields where tea, cinnamon and lemongrass are expertly cultivated and across a hidden rope bridge to the incredible Ravana-Ella Falls and its secret pools. The delicious vegetarian lunch usually consists of a vegetable soup with roti and sambol or quiche and salad. Back at the farm learn the secrets of artisanal production here before your experience culminates with a tasting of four signature hand-made teas at a picturesque point overlooking Ella Gap.
