Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra Golf & Spa Resort has welcomed Eric Berrigaud as its new Executive Chef. With 20 years of experience alongside some of the industry’s leading restauranteurs and hoteliers, Chef Eric brings a wealth of experience to Cambodia.
The chef prides himself on cooking from the heart, blending great passion and pride, whilst continually looking to learn from every experience possible. He will pass on his touch at the Resort’s three restaurants and principally Mouhot’s Dream, the multi-award winning French fine dining restaurant.
Chef Eric Berrigaud began his role in 1 September 2017.
