Starting November 22, 2021 fully vaccinated tourists from “Green List” countries can enter the Philippines with only a negative RT-PCR test taken within 72 hours prior departure whereas no quarantine and no on-arrival RT-PCR test will be required. Further guidelines and detailed requirements are expected to be released soon.
