You’ll begin your full day tour with a scenic drive to Ninh Binh, situated approximately 90 kilometres south of Hanoi. Upon arrival in Ninh Binh, you’ll make your way to the most famous attraction in the area – Tam Coc. To locals, this area is referred to as ‘Dry Halong Bay’ due to the large number of limestone karsts that dot the landscape. As you make your way towards Tam Coc, you’ll pass numerous rice fields and winding streams, allowing you to appreciate the relaxed pace of life. Next you’ll enjoy a leisurely boat ride in a traditional local sampan paddling through the “Three Caves”. After a delicious lunch at a local restaurant, you’ll visit the Bich Dong Pagoda before proceeding to Hoa Lu – the ancient capital. Your tour concludes with visits to temples from the Dinh & Le Dynasties.
