Soak in the old world charm of Hoi An with a sunrise boat cruise on the stunning Thu Bon River.
Make an early start from Danang & board your river cruise down to Cua Dai. At sunrise you’ll witness the local fishing boat fleet returning after a night of work in the Cua Dai Sea. Observe the daily morning routine of local fishermen, unloading a variety of fish, crabs, shrimp & shellfish. Traditional fishing skills have been passed down for generations and many families in & around Hoi An still make their living as their forefathers did. Watch the fishermen’s wives waiting at the dock to receive the night’s catch before rushing to sell it at bustling Hoi An Market. You’ll have chances to join in and help the local fishermen remove fish from their nets & learn how to manoeuvre a Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. You’ll then return to the boat for coffee & a traditional fisherman’s breakfast.
