You’ll have the chance to interact with local sellers & learn about the ingredients used in the cooking lesson later. You’ll take a ride on the Red Bridge boat for a leisurely cruise along Hoi An River to Red Bridge Cooking School. This is a great chance to view local river life so make sure to have your camera ready! You’ll explore the cooking school’s herb garden & learn about the well-known dishes of Hoi An & Vietnam. The Red Bridge chefs first demonstrate each dish before you prepare it yourself. You’ll receive a brief introduction to Vietnamese food carving (plate decoration) before you indulge in your cooking results.
