Guests meet the guide at the hotel and start the day with a relaxing and fascinating trip down one of the world's most famous waterways. From Pakse, we drive to Champasak to visit pre-Angkorian Wat Phu temple. The temples in this complex are dated between the 6th and 13th centuries. Located on a hillside, the Wat Phu site provides spectacular views over the surrounding plains, rice paddies and the Mekong River.
After lunch, transfer by car back to the hotel in Pakse.
