Cycling is a great way to connect with the local community and experience a taste of Cambodian village life. Take the opportunity to meet and interact with rural families who make a living from the land. There are many activities to observe, including, making banana chips, manufacturing rice paper, distilling rice wine accompanied by tropical/seasonal fruits tasting. The local guide is on hand every step of the way to provide explanations about what you see and encounter.

At 7:45 hours, pick up by tuk tuk and transfer to the bike shop. On arrival, listen to an introduction about the half-day program, choose a bike and complete the bike and helmet fitting.

At 8:00 hours, begin the 20km ride along the river. Journey north of the city and encounter villages local businesses and discover one of the oldest Buddhist temples of the region, Somruong Knong temple, built in 1707. Continue to ride for about 2km and then take a ferry (or the bridge if renovations are finished) across to the river. Explore a fish paste market, rice wine "brewery" and local houses specialising in banana drying and making rice paper. End the ride with a snapshot at a crocodile farm.
Return to the city centre around noon.
