This delightful tour takes you by coach from River City in Bangkok to Bang Pa-In, where you can explore the former summer palace of King Rama V. Next, we continue to Ayutthaya where you will visit places of religious significance. The restored temples of Wat Sri Sanphet, the ‘Buddha of the Holy and Supremely Auspicious Reverence’ in the Vihara Phra Mongkol Bophit monastery, and the temple ruins at Wat Mahathad are all highly regarded and hugely popular tourist destinations in this beautiful region. Our next stop is Wat Chonhlom in Nonthaburi where we board the Grand Pearl Cruiser on which you will then enjoy a sumptuous Western & Oriental buffet. Relax for the rest of the afternoon and enjoy free tea and coffee as the Grand Pearl cruises back towards Bangkok down the Chao Phraya River.

Note: For guests who book the seat-in-coach tour, hotel pick up is not included. Participants need to make their own arrangements to/from River City pier. Most hotels along the river side provide free shuttle boat transfer to / from River City pier. Guests staying at hotels close to a BTS station may take the skytrain to Taksin Bridge and one of the shuttle or taxi boats to River City / Sri Phraya pier at their own expenses. For guests who book a private tour hotel pick up and drop off are included and site visits in Ayutthaya are by private vehicle and guide. The cruise back to Bangkok is on joint basis.
