Afternoon, depart hotel to visit the Royal Park Rajapruek, one of the most popular agro-tourism places of Chiang Mai.  It was built in the purpose of commemorating the 60th anniversary of His Majesty the King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s Accession to the throne on June 09, 2006.  The highlight to see are The Royal Pavilion, Thai Gardens and International Gardens.  Continue the trip to Wat Pra Thad Doi Suthep.  Perched atop a forested mountain with sweeping views of the city below, this most sacred of Chiang Mai’s temples (3,280 ft.) houses a wealth of Buddha images, murals and Buddhist art.  Then, we shall move to the wihan area for the Monks Chantings, is a form of musical verse or incantation.  After visit, drive to Palad Tawan Ron Restaurant for dinner.  This restaurant inhabits a magical spot overlooking a forest reservoir with the city lights twinkling below.  After dinner, return back to the hotel.
