Join a local chef in charming Hoi An to prepare steaming bowl of tasty pho, a Vietnam’s culinary icon
No matter what time, day or night, a steaming bowl of Pho noodle soup is never hard to find in Vietnam. This dish is so popular that everyone around the world would not want to miss a chance to try it when coming to Vietnam.
08:30 hrs. Pick-up at your hotel lobby and transfer to Full Moon Town restaurant with an en-route visit to a nearby local market.
The cooking class will start first with an introduction to the “Pho” noodle making process, get familiar with the ingredients and how to make the best Pho broth. Afterward you can make your own Pho noodle and dry it. In the meantime, you will be guided on how to prepare some papaya pickle and a side dish. Fresh accompaniments such as organic herbs and vegetable can be picked at the restaurant’s organic garden.
Get your Pho on the table at around noontime and enjoy it.
