Discover beautiful Thonburi, part of Bangkok rarely visited by tourists. We’ll start by taking a van to the flower & vegetable wholesale market, from where we’ll cross the river and visit Wat Prayoon. This awe-inspiring temple received the 2013 Award of Excellence at the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Heritage Awards. A short walk along the riverbank will bring us to the Catholic Santa Cruz Church, built in 1770 during the reign of King Taksin. Just around the corner is the Chinese shrine of Kuan An Keng, where you can admire traditional artisanship at its finest. We’ll then continue over the Bangkok Yai Canal where we’ll arrive at the breathtaking Wat Arun. For those with energy, ascending the stupa steps will reward you with a panoramic view of the city across the Chao Phraya River.

A short drive crossing over Bangkok Yai Canal brings you to Wat Arun (Temple of Dawn). Ascending the steep steps of the stupas rewards you with a panoramic view of the city across the Chao Phraya River.
