The day begins with a very short journey to the Bird Park located in the heart of the city, in the Lake Gardens of Kuala Lumpur. Housing 3000 birds with vibrantly coloured plumage, The Bird Park is also reputed to have the largest free-walking aviary in the world and offers the enchanting experience of being able to walk among jungle and tropical island creatures. Next, we’ll head to Merdeka Square, where The Sultan Abdul Samad Building grandly overlooks the Merdeka Square as one of the most significant landmarks built by the British. Surrounding the square are many buildings of historical interest, such as Panggung Bandaraya, the theatre home of MUD – a musical history of Kuala Lumpur. Considered the best event in KL, the show is an absolute must-see for all ages.

The day begins with a very short journey to the Bird Park located in the heart of the city, in the Lake Gardens of Kuala Lumpur. The Bird Park encloses 3000 birds gifted of thousands of color plumage. The park which is extended on 20.9 acres of verdant valley is divided between free-flights zones and mini aviaries. Hornbills, parrots, exotic birds are freely flying around us as we enjoy their melodies. The Bird park is reputed to have the largest free-walking aviary in the world, and it is a real enchantment to be able to walk among jungle and tropical islands creatures.

After that, we'll move to the largest butterfly garden in the world spanning over 80,000 sq ft of landscaped garden with over 5,000 live butterflies, exotic plants, butterfly-host plants and ferns. Other attractions are japanese koi fish, fresh water turtles, live insects and a museum with a large collection of butterflies and insects from around the world.
Our last visit will be the Deer Park. The paths in the park are excellently built and thought out with the visitors' convenience in mind. The viewing points and the placement of fences are great as visitors' get the best views of the deer in the park. Lush greenery surrounds inside and outside of the park; making it bearable for visitors to walk around in the park under the sun.

There are several types of deer which visitors can view. The main attraction would be the mousedeer, the smallest hoofed animal in the world and is a renowned creature in the Indonesian and Malaysian folklore. Other species of deer at the park include the fallow deer from Holland, the axis deer and the sambar deer. You may ask the caretakers of the park any of your questions to learn more about these magnificent creatures. They will be able to provide you with details and interesting facts about the deer in the park.
