Sink into the rich culture of Malacca on this immersive journey. You’ll start by enjoying the city at your leisure. The next day, you’ll tour the city, which was just named a UNESCO World Heritage Site. There’ll be plenty of chances to admire unique colonial architecture while in the area. You’ll also learn about vibrant local history. A relaxing river cruise will take you by some of the most picturesque spots in town. Then on the next day, you’ll return to Kuala Lumpur, where you’ll tour the historic city centre. You’ll also visit the great Thien Hou Chinese Temple, which was built by the local community. On the next day, you’ll enjoy the bustling night markets in Chinatown, where merchants vie for costumers in open-air fashion. You’ll end with a visit to the Sri Maha Marianman Temple.

Meet at your hotel lobby between 08.00-08.15am hours. Cross border to Johor Bahru and continue journey to Malacca. Upon arrival at Malacca, check-in at hotel on your own.

Breakfast at the Hotel. Malacca has just been conferred the status of UNESCO World Heritage Site on 07 July 2008. A full day tour of Malacca is an adventure through more than 600 years of history. The city was founded by the Portuguese, later settled by the Dutch & followed by the English. We will first visit the St. Peter's Church - the oldest Christian church still in use in Malaysia followed by a drive pass the largest 17th century Chinese cemetery outside of China, located at BUKIT China.

En-route will be a stop at the foothill to view the Sultan's Well before driving through a Portuguese Settlement. Proceed to view the famous gateway "Porta de Santiago" & the ruins of St. Paul's Church buried between the 17th century Dutch tombstones. Porta de Santiago was a fortress built by the Portuguese in 1511 and is also known as "A Famosa." Next visit is to the STADHUYS - 1641 to 1660 - also known as the "Red Square" due to the salmon pink color of the building. The STADHUYS is a Dutch Administration center which today houses the Malacca Museum & some other government offices.
Enjoy a 40 min boat ride on the MALACCA River passing by old buildings along the river, a fishing village, the kampong sentosa living museum house & the water mill. After the cruise, you will continue on a walking tour to places of visit such as the Cheng HoonTeng ancient Chinese Temple & Christchurch before Lunch at a local restaurant, featuring the well praised local 'Baba-nonya' food.
After Lunch, take a leisurely stroll along Malacca's antique row known as JONKER Street. See all sorts of antiques on display at reasonable price, art galleries, souvenir shops, dried food shops'85etc. before you return to your hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel depart to Kuala Lumpur, the capital city of Malaysia. En route stop for picture taking at one of the typical Malay Houses and the countryside. Lunch along the way. On arrival at Kuala Lumpur proceed onto the city tour which unveils the beauty and charm of the old and new Kuala Lumpur, Garden City of Lights. Before we start for photo-stops to the King's Palace, Petronas Twin Towers and the Parliament Building we will ride up to the visitor platform of the 421m high KL Tower. Enjoy from here the views down into the city and far out over the Klang valley.

Fascinating of the tour will be the visit to the ThienHou Chinese Temple. Officially opened in 1989, this temple was built by the Hainanese community living in Kuala Lumpur & dedicated to the Goddess ThienHou (The Heavenly Mother). With elements of Buddhism, Taoism and Confucianism, its grandiose structure represents a successful combination of modern architectural techniques and authentic traditional design. Upon reaching the temple shrine, one will be amazed by the dragon-inspired columns and pagoda rooftops.
It is also a perfect place to enjoy a panoramic view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline. The tour continues to the city center of Kuala Lumpur, where you will be able to explore the Independence Square with the Sultan Abdul Samad Building (old Federal Court Houses) and visit the Heritage Railway station, Tudor Styled Cricket Club and the National Mosque. End the tour with a stop at the Central Market famous for its handicrafts & batik before returning to your hotel.

Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure for shopping and city exploring on your own. In the evening we will bring you to visit the bustling night markets in Chinatown. Take a stroll through the open air market where you can test your bargaining skills for a wide variety of merchandises spread across the street. Visit the Sri MahaMariamman Temple located in the heart of Chinatown. The smell of burning jasmine, incessant chanting of the Hindu priest, intricately carved deities and the mystical aura combines to give you a lasting impression of this religion. A delicious traditional Chinese dinner is served in the famous Old China Caf'e9.

Breakfast at the hotel. 08:30 AM Depart Kuala Lumpur in the morning and drive to Cameron Highlands, which is situated about 1542 meters above sea level. Enroute stop at the Royal Selangor Pewter factory before you visit the Batu Caves, a huge limestone outcrop that houses a Hindu temple. Enjoy a short lunch stop at Tapah town, before proceeding north to the hill resort of Cameron Highlands, which is 1542 meters above sea level and is famous for its world-renowned tea. Stops along the way will be made at the Lata Iskandar Waterfall. Upon arrival at the Cameron Highlands, visit the tea plantation and vegetable markets, before checking in to the hotel of your choice.

Breakfast at hotel. Depart Cameron Highlands, and continue your journey towards Ipoh. An en route stop will be made at the Sam Poh Tong Cave temple in GunungRapat, 5km south of Ipoh. The temple houses an impressive work of art with various statues of Buddha set among the natural stalactites and stalagmites. Local lunch en route. Next stop will be at Kuala Kangsar, a most attractive royal town, around 60 km north of Ipoh. En route we pass the Ubudiah Mosque and the Iskandariah Palace (royal palace).
The Ubudiah Mosque is reputed to be one of the most beautiful mosques in the country. Its construction began in the reign of Sultan Idris MurshidulAdzam Shah 1, the 28th Sultan of Perak. Elephants damaged the Italian marble flooring twice during the 1st WW.
We end today by driving to Lumut jetty from where you will be transferred by ferry to your accommodation at PangkorLaut.
