8 Days Magical Kingdom Tour 3*

Over 8 days you’ll see some of the most stunning scenery that Bhutan has to offer. Much of this will be on foot as you hike to such spiritual landmarks as the 400-year old Chari Goemba monastery, the twice-built Tango Monastery and the recently constructed Khamsum Yuelley Namgyal Chhorten. Our tour will also give you a chance to experience the rich culture of Bhutan, through visits to the Handicraft Emporium and the National Museum. Here you’ll see art, textiles, armour and costumes – a real insight into the fascinating culture of this small Himalayan nation. On the final day you’ll experience Bhutan’s most well known landmark – the ‘Tiger’s Nest’ – which is precariously perched on the side of a cliff, more than 800m above the Paro Valley.
