Away from the hustle-bustle, Yoga Meditation at a beautiful property, located on the stunning hill side of Shan plateau. This tour is designed for anyone desiring to touch base with the self, practice daily meditation and soft yoga while enjoying a unique and relaxing stay in Kalaw Hill Lodge which is an ideal location for holiday planners who wish to blend in with nature and ecosystem.

Arrive Heho airport and drive to Kalaw (34 km, about 1 'bd hours), formerly a British hill station. Check-in time is around 12:00 hours. On arrival at the Kalaw Hill Lodge, enjoy welcome drinks and settle in your room. Rest a little bit, have a vegetarian lunch and enjoy your own moment, strolling around the lodge or take some rest.
After that, you will be treated with relaxing 90 min full body massage. The very first Yoga class will start around 17:00 hours. The practise will keep you calm and your mind at ease. You will learn that everything is all about balance. Followed by a very peaceful meditation session after moving and swaying your body. Keep calm and learn more about meditation: how to become thoughtless, how to grow a peaceful mind and rejuvenation of the mind and body. After that, move on to the restaurant to enjoy your healthy vegetarian dinner.
Accommodation at Kalaw Hill Lodge, Kalaw
In the early morning just before breakfast, join the mediation session and refresh your mind. Yoga class will be followed 30 min later. Your late breakfast will be served around 09:00 hours and after that, start your sightseeing tour with the visit to the vegetable garden of the lodge. Experience the local traditional farming methods and enjoy the peaceful moment. Proceed to nat (spirit) shrines nearby and get inspired by the belief of the local people. Explore the farming areas to see farmers working with buffalos and planting pine trees. Take some time to join in the process of feeding animals and milking cows. Grab your chance to ride an ox cart as well.
Return back to the lodge and enjoy your veggie-lunch. Around 17:00 hours, Yoga class and meditation will restart again and relax yourself. Dinner will be followed afterwards.
Accommodation at Kalaw Hill Lodge, Kalaw
Before breakfast, join the mediation session and Yoga class. After your breakfast, set out of the lodge for a Half Day Community Trail Hiking. Visit the local Buddhist monastery and have a little interaction with the head monk, learning about this and that of the Buddhists and the Lord Buddha. Proceed to the local library and start your soft hiking to Namthe, a Danu village. Explore around the village and learn about the lifestyle of Danu people. You will get to taste rice and plum wine at a local house. Afterwards, continue to a Nepalese village to enjoy your Nepalese lunch.
Return back to the lodge and join the Yoga meditation session before vegetarian dinner.

Check-out time is around 12:00 hours and transfer from Kalaw to Heho airport for your onward journey.
