Travel from highland to island on this relaxing journey. You’ll start by visiting the famous Batu Caves, known as a prominent Hindu Shrine. You’ll also visit a cottage industry and waterfall before settling into your hotel. The next day, you’ll visit a tea plantation and factory in the Cameron Highlands before stopping at a cave temple, a mosque, and a palace. The next day, you’ll explore beautiful Banding Island, with two full day tour options. On one tour, you’ll explore Temenggor, a rich rain forest filled with flowers and animal life. On the second tour, you’ll cruise along the Lake of Royal Belum, stopping at local settlements and viewing wildlife. On the last day, you’ll cross the third largest bridge in the world before enjoying the mighty Kek Lok Si Temple, with 10,000 pagodas.

Nature-lovers can discover the exquisite natural beauty of Malaysia on an island shrouded in the mysterious jungles of Belum Temenggor. These unique jungles have been in existence for around 130 million years, longer than both the Amazon and Congo. Whether you want to be active or soothed in your surroundings, this experience provides both.

    After breakfast at the hotel, depart from your hotel in Kuala Lumpur to the Cameron Highlands. En route, visit the famous Batu Caves with the shrine of the Hindu Deity Lord Subramaniam set within an outcrop of limestone caves. Batu Caves is a popular place of worship for the Hindus and each year during their auspicious celebration of Thaipusam hundreds of thousands of Hindu will throng the temple. After the cave, continue to the Cameron Highlands, which are 1,542 metres above sea level and have the perfect climate to grow tea. It is her they grow the world renowned tea. On the way north to the Hill Resort of Cameron Highlands, visit the Lata Iskandar Waterfall. Upon arrival at the Cameron Highlands, check in at the hotel. The rest of the day is free at leisure.

    Breakfast is at the hotel. After breakfast, proceed for a tour of the Cameron Highlands visiting a tea plantation, tea factory, a vegetable farm and the market square. Following this, the drive takes us towards Banding Island in the northern most part of Peninsular Malaysia. En route visits include the Sam Poh Tong Cave Temple in Ipoh, the Ubudiah Mosque and Iskandariah Palace. Upon arrival check in to the hotel and then the rest of the afternoon is free at leisure.
    In the evening, discover the Pulau Banding Rainforest at night.

    Breakfast is at the hotel. After breakfast, go on the full day Discover Belum Tour.

    A perfect way to explore the Belum forest is by boat. Cruise along the Lake of Royal Belum, passing through the outlying lush green islands to arrive at an uninhabited island. Anchor near a selected waterfall area for a picnic lunch and then take a dip in the cool waters, explore or just relax and enjoy the jungle. This day long adventure takes you to the scenic spots of Sungai Hulu Kejar and the Orang Asli settlement. There is also time to explore the fascinating indigenous settlement at Kampung Aman Damai, stop at the salt-lick hide at Jenut Papan and enjoy sightseeing at Rafflesia. Finally, take part in some short treks.

    After breakfast, check out and continue by transfer to Penang. Cross to Penang using the third longest bridge in the world, arriving in the afternoon. Upon arrival in Penang, take the Kek Lok Si Tour. A "must" stop on this tour is at the "Kek Lok Si" temple, a majestic Buddhist Taoist temple with its imposing 10,000 Buddha Pagodas and the most awesome Tortoise Pond of Longevity. The Kuan Yin (Goddess of Mercy) pavilion is enormous and shelters a gigantic statue of the Kuan Yin.

    Tour ends in Penang.
