Explore the countryside and waterways at the heart of the Mekong Delta with chance to observe the unique trading way at Cai Rang floating market, the biggest one of its kind in the Delta and gain an insight into the life of local farmers as you venture deep into the labyrinth of waterways and lush islands. Your tour will mostly be done by boat, the most popular transportation mean in the region and spiced up with some soft adventure elements such as countryside biking and kayaking.
On Day 1, you will drive to Can Tho in the heart of the Mekong Delta, where you will have a chance to visit a cocoa farm, visit one of the best preserved family houses in the Delta and taste local specialties during an evening food tour. On the next day, you will explore one of the most bustling markets in Mekong Delta, Cai Rang market and then take a tour discover the countryside of Can Tho with kayaking and cycling. Enjoy pleasant biking as discovering tropical fruit orchards and the activities of the locals. On your last day, cruise through the waterways and experience the timeless scenery of life on the delta with a visit a local market, a Khmer village and vegetable nursery suspended garden by the river before transferring back to Ho Chi Minh City.
