Depart your hotel in Mandalay 08:30 hours and drive up to Pyin Oo Lwin (Maymyo), a popular hill station about 69 km away from Mandalay, is well known for its colonial style houses with large compound and pine trees and can even be called the city of flowers. Since the property is delightfully cool and pleasant the whole year round, it was once the summer retreat as an escape from hot and dusty Mandalay in the old colonial days. On arrival, visit the local market and drive through the charming town in a horse-drawn stage coach while simply admiring the red brick and half-timbered houses, with English-style gables, turrets and chimneys. Lunch at local restaurant.
In the late afternoon, visit the National Botanical Kandawgyi Gardens, home to a wide variety of colourful flora and fauna including dedicated flower shows and wildlife. The flower beds are similar to those you would find in an English country garden.

After breakfast, drive to Sithar Coffee Estate, located near Anisakan, on Mandalay to China Highway (20 min drive). Visit Sithar coffee farm, founded in 1996, was ideal for coffee growing in Myanmar. Their objective is to increase income for coffee farmers and upgrade their living standards while raising quality of Myanmar coffee to international stage. With the guided assistance, discover the true meaning of farm-to-table and taste at one of the country's premier coffee plantations. Sithar coffee farm, ideal for coffee growing, is located on the hill town at 3300 feet. Hike up 40 acres with the lush tree-shaded coffee fields, the tropical hills where you will discover how coffee are being grown and harvested (approximately 2 hours). The local farmer will guide you to understand the process of milling coffee green beans. You will have chance to strap on a picking basket and begin picking the really dark red ripe beans. Freshly roasted coffee will be cupped using pour over. After that, proceed to Pan Taw Win Restaurant to have delicious meals and enjoy the beautiful garden views in the property.
In the afternoon, visit to Peik Chin Myaung Caves (approximately an hour), limestone stalactite cave where you will see an underground stream past a series of colourful scenes from Buddhist scriptures interspersed with stupas and Buddha images. Transfer back to your hotel in Pyin Oo Lwin.
