Position: Accounts Cum Admin Executive

 

  • Handling Full sets of Accounts
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation
  • Supporting full spectrum of financial functions t including full sets of accounts, financial report & statutory report (taxation, GST Filling) using account software (Tourplan)
  • Preparation of quarterly GST reports
  • Maintain, manage & update staff records in HR system
  • Verification of staff claims & other payment documents
  • Monthly management reports
  • Ensure timeliness of payrolls
  • Periodic review of payment run schedules
  • Budgeting & review on expense accounts
  • Other accounting & administrative related duties

 

Experiences & Skill

 

  • University Degree in Accounting (Major), ACCA qualification is preferable
  • Must have at least 3-5 years post qualification professional services experience.
  • Substantial experience in busy and progressive business which includes the tasks of monthly reporting, annual budgets preparation, financial modelling, cash flow reporting and experience using accounting computer systems
  • Experience working in a multi-currency environment
  • Strong IFRS background
  • High level of analytical skill and ability to think outside of the square
  • Centralize Accounting of related units into Singapore
  • Project management skills to deliver accurate, high quality work outputs to deadlines and to require standards
  • Needs to have varied and continued experience of Excel and MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of Tourplan, Hyperion or HFM Reporting would be an advantage
  • High proficiency in English language both speaking and writing
  • Strong ability to successfully negotiate with customers and suppliers
  • High standard of English communication skills (both written and verbal)
