Irrawaddy voyages to launch short cruises

Irrawaddy Voyages Cruises will launch its regular short cruises in October 2017 along the Ayeyarwaddy River between Mandalay and Bagan. The traditional ships not only present Myanmar cultural details but also offer the luxurious comforts and comprehensive services.

Both Irrawaddy Voyages 1 and Irrawaddy Voyages 2 were built in Yangon in 2014. Occupied with full charter services over the past two years, they’re now ready to serve regular cruises between Mandalay and Bagan. The vessels have 14 Staterooms, two Bow Suits and two Aft Suites on the upper deck, and 10 Staterooms with French balconies on the main deck.

Irrawaddy Voyages operates 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-night cruises between Mandalay and Bagan both downriver and upriver. These short cruises are designed to introduce intrepid travellers to under-the-radar tourist attractions in combination with relaxing voyages between two of Myanmar’s most enticing destinations.
