Diethelm Travel Myanmar Managing Director to Retire; Mr. Phyoe Wai Yar Zar to Assume the Role
We would like to inform you that Lilli Saxer will soon be starting her transition towards retirement and leaving her role as Diethelm Travel Myanmar’s Managing Director. Having been with Diethelm Travel for 21 years, Lilli is well-respected within the company and the industry thanks to her unfailing work ethic and strong track record of consistently meeting high operation standards. While we’re sad to see Lilli leave Myanmar, we’re pleased to announce she will still be staying with the Diethelm Travel family helping to support operations at Diethelm Travel Sri Lanka. Phyoe Wai Yar Zar, a former Diethelm Travel Myanmar team member and most recent Managing Director of AAE All Asia Exclusive Myanmar, will follow in Lilli’s footsteps as the new Managing Director of Diethelm Travel Myanmar. With 22 years in the industry, he will assume the position officially on 1 December 2017, however he is currently working through a handover with Lilli for a seamless transition before she moves. Pierre Leduc, who has been with the Diethelm Travel team and working with Lilli for years, will remain the Country Manager of Diethelm Travel Myanmar and continue setting high standards for the Myanmar service and offerings.
