02 DAYS LISU LODGE SOFT ADVENTURE TARIFF YEAR: 2012
Seat-in-coach tour (CNXLLLIS): Daily departure from Chiang Mai with English speaking guide – minimum 2 persons.
 
Hills and mountains covered in tropical jungle are home to the Lisu hill tribe and their very own way of life. Experience the tradition of the Lisu during your stay at the award-winning Lisu Lodge and enjoy exciting outdoor activities in the beautiful Mae Taeng Valley.
Itinerary :
CHIANG MAI – LISU LODGE (-/L/D)
DAY 1
Early in the morning, pick up from your hotel in Chiang Mai by a local truck (songtaew) or air-conditioned van to the Lisu Lodge, you will reach after an hour.  Upon arrival at the Lisu Lodge, a traditional welcome drink is served. Start your adventure with cycling about 13 kms to an elephant camp; enjoy an hour’s elephant ride through the beautiful mountainous jungle to end up by the river. After a picnic lunch by the riverbank, you have a chance to do 45 minutes white water rafting on an inflatable raft (note: due to low water levels during the months of April & May, white water rafting will be replaced by bamboo rafting). Then you have the choice either to go back to the Lisu Lodge by bike or by the local truck. Along the way, stop at an Akha village for a chat with the shaman (village spirit). Time at leisure until  dinner and overnight at LISU LODGE.

DAY 2
After breakfast at the lodge, transfer back to Chiang Mai by local “songtaew” or air-conditioned van.

Our package tour prices are inclusive of transfers Chiang Mai – Lisu Lodge and vice versa by open-air truck (songtaew) or air-conditioned van, tour around Lisu Lodge by open-air truck, English speaking tour guide, all visits / excursions as mentioned in tour itinerary, accommodation in non air-conditioned room with fan, based on half twin-bedded room. Meals as mentioned in the itinerary (B=Breakfast, L=Lunch, D=Dinner), service charges and VAT.
Not included are other meals than mentioned in the program, and expenditures of a personal nature.
